These panels are used in applications where many pieces of aluminum roll
materials in a thinner dimension are compounded together to form an
aluminum panel with the thickness as required. According
to the requirement, the alloy brand and condition of aluminum rolls can be
adjusted, when the material is used for surface layer and middle layer.
Then, the optimized composite is obtained.

Materials:
1) Front side: aluminum roll coated PVDF (based on KYNAR500) or
polyester
2) Core: multi-pore aluminum
3) Rear side: aluminum coated with polyester
